Breath Yoga
Pranayama is a Sanskrit word where “prana” refers to vital life force and “ayama” means extension. It consists of a series of breathwork where one practices control and regulation of their breath. Pranayama practice allows the flow of vital life force in the right direction; and this is important in cleansing and also nourishing our body.
The benefits of pranayama are numerous and extend to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Here are some of the key benefits:

- Balance and harmony: Pranayama balances the flow of energy in the body, harmonizing the different systems and promoting overall well-being. It can help regulate the autonomic nervous system, balancing the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches.
